Quantum had been one of the leading providers of data storage products. Following the company’s divestiture of its hard drive business and new focus on data backup, the internal brand team undertook a major rebrand to reflect Quantum’s new focus and vision. As internal creative lead on the brand team, I partnered with a brand agency to develop the updated corporate visual system. The brand system introduced new brand elements, corporate fonts and updated color palette. The system leveraged the distinctive graphic element of dancing Q graphics to visually represent the incredible amount of data Quantum managed in the background for each of its customers.
For the launch of the new brand, all visual libraries were updated along with a complete redesign of the corporate website and corporate materials. Our creative and web teams partnered together to create online brand resource site called Quantum Brand Builder. The site provided comprehensive brand guidelines and downloadable resource files.
